Introduction
This week was our assignment to create a plan for a company's communication in the network society. We made up fictional company, which is specialized for design goods.
Who are the potential customers of the company? What does the company try to sell them?
Potential customers of the company are especially people who are interested in quality, good design, unusual things and are not afraid of spending money to unconventional, fancy items. People who are not afraid of being different. Our company is offering to this kind of people especially quality, extraordinary and remarkable stuff.
Where in the social media can the company be found?
Our company can be found for sure on Facebook, for us it's imporant to communicate with our clients, to show them new products and to catch there also new people who might be intersted in our products. We are also keen on collaboration with lifestyle and fashion bloggers, by sending them products on barter base, so they will be supposed to write some words about our products and shoot pictures and attach there links to our webpage and facebook page.
What are the ways that the customers can be activated? How could you
benefit from crowdsourcing, gamification or product placement?
We were thinking about couple of competitions on facebook, e.g. people will be supposed to post picture how our product is has settled in their lives and the one with most likes will win voucher to buy another products from our store. Then also when they post picture with our products on instagram and use our specific hashtag, they might be choosen and shared on our official instagram account with a thousands of followers. Also lifestyle bloggers are part in our strategy of involving people into our company, we are giving them special codes with name of their blog, which could be used on our eshops as discount code. We also paying a enormous attention to feedback and what people think about us, so we are engouraging them to give us feedback,either on facebook or even after they complete their order on our online shops. Also variety of disconts which last limited time could be shown up on or facebook page.
